Join us for the 2025 Rotary Progressive Christmas Party! 

We look forward to kicking off the holiday season with Rotary members and friends, traveling around NW Minot to different locations to progressively build a 3-course meal! We'll begin at Minot State University's Northwest Arts Center at 5pm for festive appetizers and drinks, then make our way up to First International Bank & Trust (North Hill) for dinner and more good cheer, then we'll end the evening by traveling to the Hyatt House for dessert!

Join the Rotary Club of Minot for a casual evening of drinks, appetizers, and fellowship.

The Fellowship Committee is hosting a relaxed get-together at Off the Vine, and we’d love to see you there. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow Rotarians outside of our regular meetings and simply enjoy some time together.

The Rotary Club of Minot is hoping to begin volunteering regularly at The Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry for Tuesday evening food pantry distribution, and we would love to have fellow Rotarians join us! You are welcome to invite friends or family to volunteer and help us fill shifts! This is a great opportunity to serve alongside fellow Rotarians and support neighbors in our community. We hope you can join us.

Time commitment:
We are looking for 2-4 volunteers for Tuesday, March 17th
Volunteers are encouraged to arrive anytime between 4:30–5:00 pm to help with setup.
Food pantry distribution runs from 5:30–7:00 pm, and volunteers are usually finished shortly after 7:00 pm.

Family participation:
Kids are welcome to help with setup from 4:30–5:30 pm by stocking shelves and getting things ready for the evening. Please note that children cannot be present during the distribution portion due to liability guidelines.

Parking and entrance:
Please park on the street, to reserve parking lot for clients. Use the food pantry volunteer entrance on the north side of the building or the walk door next to the overhead garage door on the northeast corner of the building. If the door is locked, just knock.

*The March board meeting originally scheduled for 3/11/26  has been rescheduled to March 25, 2026*

We will not meet on Monday, April 6th, due to the Easter holiday.
