VO LUNTEER INFORMATION: We will be working ticketing shifts inside the North Dakota State Fair Center arena\, during the bull riding and ranch rodeo. D UTIES The ASA\, in front of the NDSF Administration Offices will be the me eting location for group prior to placement each night. Meeting will be at 5:30PM every night. All personnel must wear plain white shirts\, jeans or black/khaki pants/shorts and vest (vest supplied by the Fair). No use of alcohol\, or drugs prior to or during duty hours by volunteers working thi s project is allowed. All ticket staff to be in place and set 15 minutes p rior to the doors opening to the ASA. All Ticket staff to be familiar with the “look” of all the admission credentials – samples will be provi de at the orientation meeting in the lower concourse of the Grandstand eac h night before the beginning each shift. Handicapped customers are to be g iven special attention to be sure that they can enjoy the show without bei ng inconvenienced. Know where the first aid\, information\, restrooms\, an d security areas are. If a patron leaves the ASA facility they will NOT be allowed to re-enter\, unless they have a ticket. When the show is over\, all doors will be opened by remaining staff to facilitate patron exiting. In case of fire\, bring our customers out of the stands and direct them to the safest exits. Shift ends 30 minutes after the conclusion of the night ly event leaves the arena and security is in place. The above times are ju st an estimate of the when each shift may end.
